Villa Ysée is a warm, contemporary 450 m² villa located in the Amelkis 3 private residence, in a peaceful setting with 24/7 security.

It offers bright, open spaces overlooking the garden and pool, ideal for golfers, families and groups looking for comfort, service and proximity to the course.

Interior spaces

The living areas are organized around a large lounge/dining room opening onto the garden. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The house has 4 suites:

• 3 suites with king-size bed
• 1 suite with twin beds

Each room has its own private bathroom, dressing room and view of the garden or pool. The bedding is top-of-the-range, and storage space is ideal for families or groups.

Outdoor areas

The 1,200 m² garden is fully enclosed. It includes a heated swimming pool (can be secured on request), a shaded terrace, an outdoor dining area, a summer lounge and several deckchairs.

The villa is in the heart of Amelkis 3, with quick access to the golf course. The Royal and Al Maaden golf courses are less than 5 minutes away. A golf cart can be provided as an optional extra. Our team can organize your departures, reservations and travel arrangements.

Amelkis 3 is a quiet residence with 24/7 security and a restaurant. Travelers can enjoy strolling or jogging along the residence's paths.

Passenger access

Travelers have access to the entire villa: the 4 suites, living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace, patio, garden and heated pool.

Household staff are on hand during the day for breakfast, cleaning and kitchen help, but do not live on site.
